Responsibilities:
- Lead the Design and Development: Oversee and actively participate in the design and development of high\-volume, low\-latency applications for mission\-critical systems, ensuring high availability and performance using C\#, AngularJS, jQuery, and MS SQL Server 2022\.
- Collaborate with Product Teams: Work closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to translate business challenges into effective technical solutions.
- Risk Assessment and Documentation: Conduct technical assessments of risks and issues, providing well\-documented recommendations.
- Coordinate Solution Design: Collaborate with leaders from Architecture, Data, Infrastructure, and Business to optimize speed to market.
- Coach and Mentor the Team: Guide the team in developing comprehensive technical documentation in accordance with SDLC guidelines.
- Facilitate Communication: Maintain regular communication with both technical and non\-technical groups.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of hands\-on experience in full\-stack application development utilizing .NET/Java, Angular/JavaScript, REST APIs, and relational databases with TDD approach
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with enterprise software development processes, including documentation through sequence diagrams, activity diagrams
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in developing microservices and implementing API\-first design principles
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with AWS technologies (AWS Lambda, Step Functions)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering
