About the Opportunity:

Logix Solutions is seeking a Founding ML/AI Engineer to build the intelligence layer of its AI powered talent platform. This individual will own recommendation systems, ranking algorithms and LLM\-powered matching while working directly with the founding team to ship production ready features at a rapid pace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and own AI/ML recommendation and ranking systems.
  • Develop LLM\-powered candidate\-role matching capabilities.
  • Translate product goals into production\-ready solutions.
  • Deliver end\-to\-end features with ownership and frequent production releases.
  • Architect, build and maintain production\-grade data pipelines and backend services.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, product and engineering teams.

Required Skills \& Experience:

Strong Computer Science fundamentals.

  • 4 years of professional experience (candidates with more than 4 years of experience will not

be considered).

  • Must be a U.S. resident or a Green Card/Permanent Residence holder with valid

authorization to work in the United States.

  • Previous experience working in an early\-stage startup environment is mandatory.
  • Experience shipping end\-to\-end products in fast\-paced startup environments.
  • Production experience with Cursor, Supabase, Prisma, Typesense, Trigger.dev and LLM APIs.
  • Strong TypeScript and React expertise.
  • Experience building production AI/ML applications.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and high ownership.
  • Comfortable working in hacker\-house environments across LATAM when required.
  • Willing to work six days per week.
