Job Description
Alpha AI is growing, and we’re looking for motivated Remote AI Sales Representatives who are confident on the phone, comfortable with cold calling, and excited about selling AI and automation solutions to businesses.
This is a 100% remote, 100% performance\-based commission position. There is no base salary or hourly wage.
We provide the leads, automatic dialer, CRM, training, and sales tools. Your job is to connect with business owners, identify opportunities where AI can improve their business, present our solutions, overcome objections, and close deals.
Our average deal size is approximately $1,200, and sales representatives earn 50% commission on qualified sales, with payouts made weekly.

What You’ll Be Selling
Alpha AI provides businesses with AI and automation solutions designed to help them save time, reduce operating costs, capture more opportunities, and increase revenue.
Solutions may include AI phone receptionists, AI voice agents, appointment booking, lead qualification, automated follow\-ups, SMS/email automation, custom CRM systems, review automation, and custom business workflows.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound B2B cold calls using our automatic dialer
- Speak directly with business owners and decision\-makers
- Identify business pain points and automation opportunities
- Explain and demonstrate Alpha AI solutions
- Qualify prospective customers
- Handle objections professionally

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for competitive, coachable, confident, and money\-motivated salespeople.
Cold calling is a major part of this position. You must be comfortable making outbound calls and hearing “no” while continuing to pursue the next opportunity.
Previous experience in B2B sales, cold calling, telemarketing, high\-ticket sales, SaaS, technology sales, appointment setting, or commission sales is preferred.
You should have excellent communication skills, a reliable computer, high\-speed internet, a professional headset, and a quiet place to work.

Average deal size is approximately $1,200.
For example, a qualified $1,200 sale at a 50% commission rate would equal approximately $600 in commission, subject to Alpha AI's commission terms.
