Position Summary

THORS eLearning is seeking a data\-driven, entrepreneurial Campaign Manager to support enterprise manufacturing growth across THORS Academy and our AI\-powered eLearning Solutions.

The Campaign Manager is a creative self\-starter who will own the strategy, execution, optimization, and performance of integrated demand generation campaigns targeting manufacturing organizations globally. This role is accountable for driving measurable results — qualified pipeline, revenue contribution, and customer expansion.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast\-paced, growth\-oriented environment, understands B2B buyer journeys, and knows how to translate messaging into revenue. You are analytical, experimental, AI\-fluent, and relentless about performance optimization.

This is not a role where everything is already built. You will help shape playbooks, refine messaging, develop campaign assets, test new ideas, and continuously improve performance.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic and hands\-on — comfortable owning execution while thinking about how to improve systems over time.

Requirements:

Revenue\-Driven Campaign Strategy

  • Build and execute aggressive, multi\-channel demand generation campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth.
  • Translate company revenue targets into campaign strategies with clear performance metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline value, revenue attribution).
  • Develop targeted campaigns for enterprise manufacturing accounts, mid\-market segments, and expansion within existing customers.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to align on target accounts, verticals, and revenue priorities.

Pipeline Acceleration \& Optimization

  • Own full\-funnel campaign performance — from awareness through conversion and opportunity creation.
  • Identify bottlenecks in lead conversion and continuously optimize messaging, targeting, and channel mix.
  • Implement A/B testing, multivariate testing, and rapid experimentation cycles.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve personalization, segmentation, content velocity, and campaign performance.

Account\-Based \& Enterprise Growth

  • Develop and execute targeted ABM programs to penetrate Fortune 500 manufacturers and Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers.
  • Coordinate personalized outreach strategies in collaboration with Sales.
  • Design multi\-touch engagement programs to shorten sales cycles and increase win rates.

Cross\-Functional Revenue Collaboration

  • Work directly with Sales to drive campaign follow\-up discipline and pipeline velocity.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate segmentation, automation, and attribution modeling.
  • Collaborate with Product and Subject Matter Experts to position THORS Academy and MFG Genius as essential tools for manufacturing productivity and AI\-driven performance improvement.

Performance Reporting \& Accountability

  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting on campaign ROI, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
  • Provide actionable insights — not just metrics — to improve conversion rates and marketing efficiency.
  • Take ownership of hitting defined growth KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field OR equivalent professional experience.
  • 5\+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management, preferably in SaaS, AI, technology, or manufacturing\-related industries.
  • Demonstrated experience driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Deep understanding of digital channels including paid media, email marketing, ABM platforms, webinars, events and content\-driven lead generation.
  • Highly analytical mindset with experience using campaign data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate content creation, personalization, segmentation, and testing.
  • Ability to operate independently, prioritize aggressively, and execute in a fast\-paced, start\-up environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross\-functional stakeholders.
