About This Role
NexLife is a fast\-growing digital\-first healthcare platform transforming weight loss, longevity, hormone optimization, and personalized medicine through technology, telehealth, and pharmacy coordination.
We are looking for a high\-performance Full\-Stack Engineer who can help us build scalable patient\-facing experiences, internal operational systems, and AI\-powered workflow automations.

What You’ll Work On
- Build and maintain modern web applications using React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
- Develop secure backend services, APIs, and integrations
- Work with Prisma ORM, relational databases, and scalable data models
- Improve and optimize our patient onboarding, checkout, CRM, and EMR workflows
- Build internal dashboards and automation tools for operations teams
- Design and implement workflow automation systems using APIs, webhooks, and third\-party services
- Leverage LLM tools and AI agents to automate support, lead qualification, provider routing, and internal workflows
- Integrate systems such as Monday.com, Slack, Healthie, Shopify, Stripe, and pharmacy APIs
- Collaborate closely with product, operations, growth, and leadership teams
- Improve platform performance, security, and deployment pipelines
Required Experience
- 1\+ year of experience as a Full\-Stack Engineer
- Strong hands\-on experience with React
- Deep experience with Next.js
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Strong backend API development experience
- Experience with Prisma
- Experience building workflow automation systems
- Experience integrating LLM tools, AI APIs, or agent\-based automations
- Strong understanding of database architecture and system scalability
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern deployment workflows
- Startup mindset with strong ownership and speed
