We are looking for a visionary technologist to join our newly formed IT Agentic Engineering team in a unique hybrid Engineer/Architect role. - Lead the design and implementation of large\-scale, multi\-system infrastructure that unifies disparate IT systems into a cohesive, intelligent platform.
- Architect and build a unified Data360 environment by integrating device management tooling, system logs, large datasets, and enterprise applications.
- Design and deploy proactive Agentic workflows and automations using Agentforce, enabling IT to shift from reactive to predictive operations.
- Develop robust automations and backend services in Python, Swift, and Go, deployed across platforms including MuleSoft and AWS.
- Integrate with enterprise IT systems via REST/SOAP APIs (e.g., Jamf, FleetDM, Intune, Zscaler) to create seamless, end\-to\-end data flows.
- Architect and implement serverless infrastructure on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Fargate) in collaboration with IT and Endpoint Engineering teams.
- Build Slack\-native AI experiences — including intelligent Slack agents, automated workflow surfaces, and AI\-powered integrations using the Slack Platform.
### Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 8\+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or a related technical discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML technologies and their practical application in enterprise automation and agentic systems.
- Proven track record designing and implementing enterprise\-scale API Gateways, event\-driven architectures, and serverless infrastructure.
- 5\+ years of hands\-on experience with Salesforce products including Data Cloud, the Agentforce product family, and the Salesforce Platform.
- Expert\-level proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs and their integration into complex, large\-scale enterprise environments.
- Deep experience in cloud\-native development on AWS, including strong familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Hands\-on experience with Salesforce products including Data Cloud, the Agentforce product family, and the Salesforce Platform.
- Demonstrated ability to design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to enable rapid, high\-quality software delivery.
### Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in scripting languages including BASH, ZSH, PowerShell, and Python for automation and system administration.
- Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft for enterprise system connectivity.
- Demonstrated experience building Slack applications, bots, or workflow automations on the Slack Platform.
