Your readiness score is a weighted percentage based on how many of the top skills for your target role you already possess. Skills that appear in a higher percentage of job postings carry more weight. A score of 80% or above means you match the requirements of most postings for that role.

The salary premium shows how much higher (or lower) the median salary is for jobs that require a specific skill compared to the overall median for that role. A +12% premium means jobs listing that skill pay 12% more than the role's baseline. This reflects market demand, though senior roles naturally require more advanced skills.

The recommended learning path prioritizes skills by a combination of demand (what percentage of jobs require it) and salary impact. High-demand skills that also carry salary premiums should come first. Focus on foundational skills like Python before specialized frameworks.
