Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Business Analyst to join our team and lead initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency through the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, gather and analyze data, and translate business needs into AI-driven solutions that streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.

Conduct detailed analysis of current operations and identify areas where AI can drive efficiency.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications for AI solutions.

Work with data scientists,engineers, and product teams to design and implement AI models and automation tools.

Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support AI initiatives.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented AI solutions and recommend enhancements.

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and documentation sessions to gather requirements.

Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.

Stay current with AI trends and technologies relevant to operational efficiency.

Design, implement, and maintain back end API endpoints to support Gen AI and RAG Retrieval Augmented Generation applications.

Manage and optimize chat history storage in DynamoDB, ensuring scalability and efficient retrieval.

Develop and test integrations with front end UI components for seamless user experience.React and others710 years of experience in Technical business analysis, preferably with exposure to AI or automation projects.Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI Tableau, and project management software.
