### Description

The ideal candidate possesses depth of technical knowledge that serves as the foundation for leading client initiatives and delivering program engagement responsibilities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with all direct and indirect stakeholders
• Advocate for client service excellence
• Design and own task board for all direct and indirect related workstreams
• Develop program charter with defined program requirements and objectives
• Establish program governance and communication plans
• Develop project plan(s) and master integrated program plan
• Manage cross-organizational alignment and collaboration
• Successfully deliver project workstream and program objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership to Client AI Strategy
• Develop and maintain scalable AI models and systems using Microsoft Suite of AI tools, industry leading tools as well as Client Created in-house tools
• Execute AI point solutions (specific use cases) for Client
• Ownership and execution of low-code toolsets (i.e. CoPilot Studio, Agent Builder, Appian, Salesforce Agentforce etc.)
• Creation of Roadmaps and ownership of AI Agent (Low Code /Pro Code) deployment / rollout
• Development of in-house AI models, systems, and applications
• Provide overall program leadership and management oversight for strategic client initiatives, ensuring alignment to objectives, scope, and outcomes.
• Own integrated program planning and execution across multiple workstreams, including development and management of master plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies using agile, or hybrid methodologies.
• Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders to define scope, roles, responsibilities, and resource alignment, and to drive coordinated delivery across organizations and leadership levels.
• Guide and coordinate key solutions and design decisions, ensuring technical and delivery alignment across all teams.
• Provide clear, concise program status reporting and governance, including leadership readouts, decision tracking, and executive-level communication.
• Lead program delivery operations, including development of program runbooks, lifecycle processes, and vendor coordination as needed.
• Mentor and guide teams through program execution, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous alignment across related and dependent programs.

Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) / Certified Scrum Master (CSM ) Certification preferred
• 10+ years of technical project management experience with a focus in large enterprise (F500) orgs
• Background in infrastructure, application, platform technology, and/or technology management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent collaboration and skilled at leading teams through complex engagements
• Organized and methodical; strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills
• Operates with a propensity for thoughtful action and high output
• Experienced in building relationships with IT executives and decision-makers
• Self-starter and self-directed ability within a fast-paced working environment
• Maintains a broad knowledge and understanding of the current and anticipated future of the technology industry including trends, technologies, products, services, and standards
