Founding Engineer

Role

As a Founding Engineer, you'll help build our marketing intelligence platform and the core infrastructure that powers it. This is a ground-floor opportunity to architect and ship the foundational systems (data pipelines, ML infrastructure, services, and user experiences).

You'll own major technical decisions, and shape both the product and engineering culture. This isn't a role where you execute someone else's vision. You will help define what we build and how we build it. The best FE’s will also help build our Forward Deployment Team in 2026-2027 as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build core data infrastructure for ingesting, processing, and analyzing multi-source marketing data at scale
• Craft delightful user experiences that scale with context
• Build ML pipelines for creative analysis, competitor intelligence, and performance optimization
• Own technical decisions across the stack, making smart tradeoffs between speed and scalability
• Ship constantly. Move fast, iterate quickly, and maintain high code quality
• Be the voice of engineering in product and business decisions

Our mission is to automate consumer marketing. We're creating context-aware systems that analyze the full spectrum of marketing data (competitor intelligence, social listening, creative performance, audience signals, market dynamics) and connect to a companies entire marketing stack to manage the entire marketing funnel end-to-end.

Compensation Range: $180K - $200K
