Job Description:

• Methodologies: Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic Orchestration, Fine-tuning.

About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Principal AI Engineer to lead the architecture and deployment of advanced Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for building sophisticated AI agents and integrating high-scale Large Language Models into enterprise ecosystems to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain and AutoGen.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration systems with advanced Agent Memory and reasoning capabilities.
• Optimize Large Language Model performance through expert Prompt Engineering and hyperparameter tuning.
• Architect robust pipelines on Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to support AI model deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Artificial Intelligence into existing digital products.

Essential Skills:

• 12+ years of overall experience in Software Engineering and Data Science.
• Expert proficiency in Python programming and backend integration.
• Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLM) such as GPT and Claude.
• Proven experience with Orchestration Tools and Agentic Frameworks.
• Strong foundation in Digital: Artificial Intelligence and machine learning life cycles.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate).
• Knowledge of MLOps (Machine Learning Operations) for automating model deployments.
• Relevant industry certifications in Artificial Intelligence or Cloud Architecture.
