Role Overview:

We are seeking an AI Engineer focused on building real-world, value-added GenAI solutions. You will work with existing AI models and APIs to design, implement, and optimize workflows that integrate AI into applications and business processes. Your work will empower clients to leverage AI effectively, using prompt engineering, memory/context management, tool integration, and practical AI solutions that deliver tangible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and operationalize AI-powered workflows using RESTful AI integrations across multiple models.
• Engineer and refine prompts that manage context, memory, and tool usage for real-world AI solutions.
• Develop AI-generated user interfaces to enable effective human-AI collaboration within workflows.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing applications and platforms.
• Work with cloud environments in order of priority: Azure, GCP, AWS.
• Maintain prompt versioning and workflow documentation to ensure reliability and traceability.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to turn AI capabilities into tangible business value.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with AI models and APIs to deliver practical solutions.
• Strong prompt engineering skills and experience managing context, memory, and tool interactions.
• Proficiency in Python scripting, data handling, and building AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure first, then GCP, AWS) for deploying AI-enabled solutions.
• Familiarity with integrating AI into applications and building MCP servers or similar infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering real-world AI applications, not academic research.
• Experience with prompt versioning and workflow optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI-generated UIs or interactive AI tools.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI into business operations or internal platforms.
• Familiarity with multiple AI models and APIs, including LLMs and multimodal systems.
