Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Full-Stack AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy advanced AI-driven applications. This role requires deep engineering expertise, hands-on experience with modern AI tooling, and the ability to own features end-to-end within a fast-moving, flat engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack, AI-powered applications and platform features.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery, including architecture, implementation, testing, and production deployment.
• Collaborate directly with product leadership to translate business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions that automate manual workflows.
• Develop intelligent automation pipelines using AI/ML, LLMs, and other advanced technologies.
• Serve as a technical owner for critical product components in a highly collaborative, flat organizational structure.
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback and evolving requirements.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and contribute innovative ideas to the engineering and product roadmap.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong full-stack development expertise.
• Proficiency in any modern full-stack tech stack.
• Experience working with our current stack is preferred:
• Next.js
• TypeScript
• Python
• Additional backend experience in Java or C# is welcome.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enhanced development tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude AI, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, and intelligent automation frameworks.
• Ability to architect scalable, secure, and reliable systems.
• Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced environments with rapid iteration cycles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a product-first mindset.
