About This Role

- Experience with agents, agent\-builders, or workflow tools.

The US base salary range for this full\-time position is $240,000\-$334,000 \+ bonus \+ equity \+ benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job\-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Own the technical delivery across customer deployments from proof\-of\-concept to stable production deployments across customers.
- Extract real world signals from deployment to improve and define the platform strategy to fill in gaps and create differentiation.
- Drive the critical translation between "business ontology" (how humans conceptualize work) and "persistent storage ontology" (how data is represented in technical systems).
- Develop frameworks for agent "handholding" and guardrails to ensure successful deployment and organizational trust.
- Identify and extract product patterns from frontline engagements to inform the core platform roadmap.
